  • Day Arrival in Kathmandu

    Today you will arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport, the only international airport in Nepal. A representative will meet you and after the welcome, you will be transferred to the hotel. You will have the entire afternoon to yourself today. You can relax in the hotel and relish the exquisite cuisine that Nepal is so famous for. Another option is to stroll around the streets to observe the throbbing nightlife of Kathmandu.

  • Day Drive from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel

    Today, we will explore the spot of natural beauty, close to Kathmandu, Dhulikhel. The morning, however, will be spent in sightseeing around the architectural haven of Nepal. Kathmandu is home to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. Despite the earthquake that shook the nation on April 2015, the UNESCO World Heritage Sites have managed to maintain all their valor and glory.

    After breakfast, we will move towards the Kathmandu Durbar Square. We will pass along the spice market of Ason. With the old temples and palaces, the Kathmandu Durbar Square is an epitome of religious and cultural life of the people of Nepal. The Durbar Square is where the kings of Nepal were solemnized and crowned. The interesting areas worth visiting are the Kalbhairav statue, Basantapur Durbar as well as the Temple pod Kumari. Kumari is the only living goddess in the World.

    After lunch, we will be transferred to Patan Durbar Square, yet another epitome of architectural spectacle. Situated in the center of the Patan City, the Durbar Square is a species of Newari architecture. The major contrary like the MulChowk, SundariChowk, and Keshav Narayan Chowk houses the interesting architectural spectacles including the likes of the Golden Temple of Hiranya Varna as well as the Krishna Mandir.     Dhulikhel offers a mind-boggling view of the Himalayan peaks like the Annapurna range, Langtang Range, Ganesh Range, Jugal Range and much more. After early morning sunrise views captured our minds and our camera, we drive to the Namo Buddha monastery through a scenic path through terraced fields. Namo Buddha monastery falls on the Kavre district of Nepal and is known for its strikingly peaceful surroundings and a large monstery that houses a huge number of monks. It is known for being one of the most important sites of Buddhism and it is located on an elevated land, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The landscape of the monastery resembles that of an eight-petaled lotus and offers also the views of sky-high mountains, peeking at us. There are two caves in the region, one near the monastery and another on a nearby hill. This land is tread upon by people of the Sakya, Tsawa as well as Ngorpa schools. Explore the Namobuddha monastery in the evening and breathe in its quiet and pure beauty. An optional hike to Panauti is recommended. The serenity of Namo Buddha seeps into your minds and souls, rejuvenating it at all costs. Drive back to Dhulikhel. Approximately 2-3 hours’ drive.

  • Day Drive from Dhulikhel to Bhaktapur & continue to Kathmandu

    It is time to drive to Bhaktapur. Visit the open museum of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, followed by sightseeing around the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Pashupatinath and Boudhanath in Kathmandu.

    Bhaktapur Durbar Square is an open museum filled with pieces of perfect architecture.  An epitome of ancient architecture and ethnicity, the Durbar Square is a living heritage. Countless temples, architectural showpieces and stone figures adorn the entire region. Major attractions are the Batsala Temple, 55 Windows Palace, golden gate, picture gallery, the statue of BhupatindraMalla, among many others.

    Pashupatinath is a UNESCO World Heritage site and probably one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world. Ornamented with pagoda houses, its focal point of attraction is the sacred linga of Lord Shiva. The temple is said to have existed prior to 400 A.D. The roaring Bagmati River, flows along it. Considered as a sacred river for the Hindus, Bagmati is filled with devotees dipping in its waters to purify them.

    Another UNESCO World Heritage site and the focal point of attraction of Buddhist populations, called Boudhanath is our second destination. Called as Little Tibet, this stupa is one of the largest in South Asia. It looms thirty-six meters overhead and is located on the ancient trade route to China.

  • Day Drive from Kathmandu to Rupakot

    Drive towards the village of Rupakot. Rupakot is situated near Pokhara, atop a hill. The natural beauty, as well as the architectural diversity of tRupakot, is unparalleled to any. It is one of the most scenic viewpoints which offer views of both the mountain peaks of Annapurna region, along with the views of the famous Rupa and Begnas Lakes. The combination of these two factors makes Rupakot highly visited by internal tourists in peak seasons too.

    Atop Rupakot, one can take in the views of the Annapurna range, reflecting its glory and shine in the blue waters of Rupa and Begnas Lakes. The views are worth capturing in memories and on a canvas. The village is not much populated and is situated far away from the sounds of urban noise.   • Day Drive from Rupakot to Pokhara

    After an early morning yoga and meditation class, it is time to drive to the beautiful Lake City of Pokhara, home to beautiful, azure blue lakes. Pokhara is strategically situated in the Annapurna Range. Pokhara Valley is considered to be one of the most picturesque and revered spots in Nepal. It is rightly called as the lake city due to its abundance of beautiful lakes, the major attraction being the Phewa Lake. These lakes arise from the glaciers of the Annapurna Range.  Lakeside is the district situated along the sides of the Phewa Lake. Phewa Lake reflects back the panorama of the beautiful Dhaulagiri, Macchapucchre, Annapurna peaks and other rising above us. Macchapucchre is only 28 kilometers from Phewa Lake and the views of this beautiful mountain are the most alluring from this point.

    Phewa Lake is the second largest lake in the Pokhara Valley. It has been for years, the center of attraction of the valley, with a lot of restaurants and hotels situated alongside it. We can boat around the Phewa Lake and visit the temple situated in its middle. Baidam or the lakeside is the home base for travelers. Explore the backdrop of the perfect snowy peaks casting a whitish shadow on the surface of the beautiful lake of Phewa. One hour boating at the massive Phewa Lake is followed by visiting the Mountaineering Museum which contains a model of the Macchapucchre. The museum also hosts a string of pictures of mountaineers and basically everything that you need to know about the mountaineering history of Nepal. We visit the Gorkha Museum next, followed by a drive to the Peace Stupa. The World Peace Stupa is situated on a hill overlooking Pokhara. From atop the stupa, the glistening view of the Phewa Lake accompanies by the views of the sky-high mountains makes the trip totally worth it. Approximately 2 hours’ drive.

  • Day Sightseeing in Pokhara

    To witness the close-up views of the mountain ranges around the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri region, we start off today with an early morning drive to Sarangkot, the highest point of the Pokhara valley, for sunrise views of the perfect looking mountain peaks like Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Macchapuhccre, Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, LamjungHimal and much more.

    The views from atop Sarangkot are almost a religious experience. The panoramic sweep of the Himalayan peaks from the west to the east, the views from atop the viewpoint in dawn or dusk is extremely alluring. Experience the sun picking out the peaks and transforming from a purple-pink glory to celestial gold beauty.

    Later in the afternoon, we will visit the Tibetan Refugee Camp. The Tibetan Refugee camp is a worthy location to visit, containing the homeplace of refugees and their intricate handmade designs. Pokhara is not only home to beautiful lakes, but also to natural creations like caves. We will visit the famous Mahendra Cave and the Gupteshore Cave today. Above the Gupteshwore cave is the Davis Falls. We will also take this opportunity to pay homage to the Tashilunpo Monastery.

  • Day Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan

    Today we drive to the Chitwan National Park. Chitwan National Park is known to be the first national park in Nepal, and to this day is the most visited one because of its availability and ease of access. The National Park was established on 1973. While it gained the World Heritage Site status only on 1984, it was extremely popular long before that.

    The climate of the park is subtropical as it is located in the Inner Terai lowlands of south-central Nepal. It has an area of 932 km square. Sal trees cover almost 70% of the park, serving as a perfect residential spot for exquisite fauna and flora. More than 50 species of grasses are found here, while there are more than 700 species of wildlife found here. The number of butterfly, moth and insect species has not been fully surveyed. There are 17 species of snakes, 113 species of mugger crocodiles and fish as well as 68 species of mammals housed in the National Park. It is one of the best tiger habitats in the world too. You might get a chance to spot one when you enter the premises of the park.Leopards co-exist with tigers and are prevalent on the peripheries of the park.

    Chitwan National Park is also home to the highest population density of sloth beats in the world with 200-250 individuals. Rhinoceroses are another added attraction of the large national park. 605 individuals are currently residing in the Chitwan National Park. There are a recorded 543 species of birds in the Chitwan national park, including some globally threatened species like black-chinned Yuhina, Gould’s Sunbird, Slaty-breasted rail, blossom headed parakeet etc. You can roam around the premises of the park and in the evening you will be treated to a slide presentation about the flora and fauna by a scenario naturalist, the naturalist will also answer your questions about the specials types of birds, animals, and flora found in the well-preserved park. Approximately 5 hours’ drive.

  • Day Jungle Activites in Chitwan

    Exploring Chitwan is not an experience that can be carried out just in one day, but we still try our best to get access to whatever can be obtained for the duration of the day. Full day jungle activities today will keep you fully and happily occupied.

    The day starts with an elephant safari through the dense grasslands. The morning time is the perfect time to get a hold of nocturnal mammals and birds. We start off early morning on top of an elephant, in order to get a glance of the majestic tiger. Tiger’s roam around in the high grasslands housed by the Chitwan National Park, and if you are lucky enough, you will most certainly get a sneak peek to the tiger live in action. We will follow the enthralling elephant safari with a visit to the elephant stables.

    We will also use the rest of the day to canoe down the Rapti River. The River has multiple interesting areas and houses numerous bird and mammal species around the ends. In the evening, you can lay back and relax in the premises of the hotel, breathing in the ambiance and the wild breeze of the national park. If you are active enough, we can also include an optional bird watching or a jeep safari in the evening to uplift your soul.

  • Day Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu

    Return back to the capital, Kathmandu via a scenic drive. We drive through the sides of the scenic Trishuli River, enjoying the view of the terraced fields that we see on the way. The drive through pitched black roads is not a difficult one, and you can get a chance to witness views of the green pastures of land passing by you as the drive brings you back to the capital. The afternoon is free for witnessing the throbbing nightlife of the city.

    A visa for Nepal can be obtained on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and at border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki on the Nepal-India border and Kodari on the Nepal-China border.

    Outside of Nepal, A visa can also be obtained at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission. To renew a Visa you can go to the Department of Immigration, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.

    Your passport must be valid for at least six months and you will need a blank page on your passport for visa.

  • Cancellation & Changes

    There are two ways to deal with modification in travel plans. First is you can cancel the trip completely and second is you can postpone the date. But for any of these change to take effect we need to be informed 6 weeks before your booked trip date before cancelling or postponing the trip.

    Important note: In case of natural disasters and national political issues our hands are tied so we cannot undertake any kind of activities which we will take full responsibility of and make sure our clients get the flexibility of making decisions to either postpone or cancel the trip they initially advocated for. There will be no extra fees or cost for rescheduling but if you decide to cancel the trip volunterily our cancellation fees apply which is listed and described below.

     

    Cancellation fees rules:

    These are our specific rules for trip cancellations and refund fees involved:

    1. If we are informed by our clients at least 43 days before the travel date then the full deposit amount will be refunded after deducting 4% bank surcharge on total deposit amount.
    2. If we are informed by our clients 6 weeks before the travel date then we can refund complete deposit by just deducting $195 per person.
    3. If cancellation is done between 4 and 6 weeks of travel date then we can refund your deposit after deducting $395 per person. This is because we will have to pay to the hotels, guides and other personals involved to make this trip possible to recover their financial plans.
    4. If we are not informed between 4 and 6 weeks of travel date there will be no refund as there are many other workers and organizations that needs to be paid by us for planning your trip. Losing you as a customer means losing their employment opportunity which will harm involved worker’s financial status.

    So, we request our respectful guests to inform us about any kind of modification plans (postpone or cancellations) at least before 43 days of travel date. This will help us to refund your designated deposit and also maintain financial status of every worker and organization involved.
